Refund and Cancellation Policies

Our goal with our refund and cancellation policies are to be generous and fair so that you are protected and assured satisfaction. We have very few people who make use of these, but we want you to know what they are so you can make great decisions based on your level of commitment. A clear articulation of any policies that we want to offer are also required by law to protect you as the consumer. No refund or cancellation is required, but clearly stating our policy is required. Thank You and we hope you will feel we are being generous and service focused in our approach.

Refund Policy:

A much larger weighting of the overall work is conducted in the first phases of the coaching process, in order to collect and analyze information and set the coaching process on the right course. Considerable effort and investment goes into reviewing a Clients Personality Profile, and Intake Survey and creating a leadership analysis, custom planning the coaching program, setting up a coaching client portal of 50 slides and over a dozen documents, communicating about 360 processes, sending welcome emails and ‘Funwork’ assignments, scheduling and holding calendar spots and preparing for and conducting early sessions. This is why only partial refunds are offered at each progressive point.The following timing and types of refund are available to you:

1) If not fully satisfied after the 1st Coaching session or after the first 14 days after the initial enrollment, whichever one is later, a client can receive a 100% refund.

2) If you are not satisfied at the end of the engagement for any reason, and you have diligently attended all the sessions and put in reasonable work, I will keep working with you until you are satisfied for up to 3 additional months with two 30 minute sessions each month. Or . . .

3) If you are not satisfied at the end of the engagement for any reason, and you have diligently attended all the sessions and put in reasonable work and you are not satisfied within a 5 month period, I will return up to ⅓ of the fees, at your discretion, based on what you believe is fair.

Many programs offer no refunds or cancellations after the initial purchase or a short set of days - often before the program actually starts, so this policy is designed to give you freedom and assurances and serve you as our valued client.

Cancellation Policy:

A client can pause or cancel a coaching engagement at anytime on the following schedule:

1) Place the program on hold at anytime or continue it at any pace that is optimal for the client at no-cost or loss and all coaching sessions and program offerings are kept in reserve for up to 3 years.

2) Cancelations after the start of the 2nd coaching session and before the 3rd are eligible to receive a 75% refund.

3) After the start of the 3rd session and/or after the 1st 360 interview session, but before the 4th coaching session and/or the 2nd 360 interview you are eligible for a 50% refund.

4) Anytime after the above events, all sessions remain in reserve and are available to the client for up to 3 years.
